Responsibilities:

  • Assist all customers in selecting suggested service in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
  • Utilize walk around process to increase customer awareness of vehicle condition and build rapport
  • Generate service order estimates/quotes for customers
  • Schedule appointments and maintain an organized schedule
  • Conduct post-repair follow up
  • Resolve customer complaints
  • Maintain value, quality, and integrity

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications, Licenses):

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Service Advisor experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work Monday to Saturday
  • Strong Computer & Phone Skills
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work within a fast paced environment
  • Current, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
  • Drug-Free Workplace

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Assume full responsibility for the entire sales process, including:

* Getting to know the client via an in-depth interview.

* Accommodating the client's product preference via presentation and demonstration.

* Finding the right vehicle for the client.

* Preparing the client for ownership with a smooth and thorough delivery that accommodates all of the client's expectations.Establishing a sustained consultative relationship with each client

* Follow up with prospects, utilizing various methods of communication.

* Make effective deliveries by following all sale details, inspecting every car sold, introducing clients to the Service Manager, and making a personalized delivery of the car.

* Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons.

* Maintain Kia Certification through Kia University and above region CSI scores
